PROJECT OF THE YEAR
Here is your opportunity to recognize the best Project and Developer of the year. Please tell us why your favorite firm or project is the BEST in the industry. All nominations and forms are due by midnight Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
This award honors the Best Developer in 2023. It recognizes the accomplishments of their delivered and/or active projects and will be selected based on the Developer’s innovation (sustainability, technology, wellness, etc.), their ability to adapt to market conditions, and their active support of CREBA and the CRE community in the Washington, DC region.
This award recognizes the project that has made a positive impact - whether it is economic, aesthetic, cultural, philanthropic, or otherwise – on the Greater Washington area landscape. The project can be a new development, redevelopment, creative rehab, or redesign. Please detail a particular creative solution this project achieved and/or other reasons this project is the BEST in the commercial real estate industry in 2023. Nominees should be the Developer, Owner and/or Broker (not affiliate firms).
The CREBA Board of Directors will review and vote on nominations for the Developer of the Year and the Project of the Year.
Awards Winners will be announced at the Annual Awards Dinner on April 8th. This is your opportunity to put your name in the company of illustrious past winners.
