LEASING TRANSACTION OF THE YEAR
In order to qualify for a Leasing Transaction of the Year, the deal must have closed between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. At least one firm on the deal must be a CREBA member or CREBA sponsor to qualify as a winner. Awards will be presented for the following:

Leasing Transactions of the Year (Over 75,000 RSF) – DC, MD, and VA

Leasing Transaction of the Year (Under 75,000 RSF) – Regional

Leasing Transaction of the Year Rules
2024 MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LEASING CLUB TOP LEASING AGENTS OF THE YEAR
The applicant must have completed leases totaling a minimum of 100,000 rentable square feet or eight million dollars ($8,000,000) Aggregate Lease Value (“ALV”). Click Here for the Multi-Million Dollar Leasing Club rules

STEP TWO
The online application will allow you to either upload or enter location, size of deal and other required information for your 2022 transactions within the region. Transactions which you enter from outside the CREBA region cannot be more than 25% of the total value of your deals.

STEP THREE
A tally of your entered leasing information and approval from your Broker should be submitted by midnight Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Your Approving Broker’s name, email address and date of approval must be included in your submission. Your application will also be reviewed by CREBA staff.
Once you have reviewed the rules and you are ready to begin, download the MS Excel Sample Spreadsheet and fill in applicable information. Share spreadsheet with your Broker for approval.
REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 301.503.5425
